Ant Middleton (born 22 September 1981) is a British television personality, adventurer, and former soldier. He is best known for his role as the Chief Instructor on the Channel 4 reality television series SAS: Who Dares Wins (UK version).
Military Career: Middleton has a background in the military, having served in the Royal Marines and Special Boat Service (SBS). He joined the Royal Marines in 1998 and served until 2002. He then joined the SBS in 2008, leaving in 2012. He has served in Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan.
